I have enjoyed A u0026W for many years and I could never imagine how you can mess up fast food this badly. The burger was very poorly made and if it didn’t have an A u0026W wrapper around it, I would have never guessed it was their burger. The onion rings were big pieces of onion completely separated from the fried skin. On top of this, their entire soft drink system was down, with lemonade being the only exception. They didn’t bother making this obvious until I got to the point of choosing a drink and still charged me the premium for the lemonade. Thanks for the heads up! The card machine clearly had the amex symbol yet they told me amex is not accepted. I don’t think they could have made this a worse customer experience. I would strongly suggest A u0026W upper management to take a close look at this location and evaluate if they’re living up to the A u0026W name.
A front line worker called Bella was extremely rude. She was reluctant to accept our coupon without even trying. When trying to ask for a different drink other than root beer, she said it wasn 't an option for us because it was what the coupon said. That is an issue I had never had to deal with before at other A u0026W restaurantd. She was quick to call me out for being rude when in fact her bad attitude and tone of voice was argumentative from the beginning of the interaction. Although the service was very poor, the food was still somewhat to standard.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We waited 27 minutes for the staff to forget our order (the food was there, they just didn't look to pack it up) and only after we went up and asked did they see they could have packed it up. It was now stale and they still tried to pass it off to us. No thanks. We asked for a refund and they then tried to short change us by $5 despite having our receipt infront of them. Their excuse to everyone waiting in excess of 15-20 minutes is that they're short staffed. There were 3 of them working and most orders were taken by kiosk so the person in the front had ample opportunity to be better organized and on top of the orders in que. They were unorganized and have zero customer service or care, that's their problem. We weren't even given an apology, even after they tried to short change our return. They also messed up basic orders from the people before us. For an onroute especially, this unacceptable.
If I hear again that I can’t use my credit card at the till after I did discussing with the blond girl I am contacting a lawyer and I’m going to inquire if I can lawsuit your franchise
Took 20mins for my son to get a buddy burger. Super slow service. Unacceptable during peK hour of 5 to 6pm when it wasn't busy.
