Dairy Queen - Trenton

While waiting for my order, I observed a staff member preparing burgers without wearing gloves. They toasted the buns, handled fries without using utensils, wiped their hands on their shirt, grabbed condiments from the fridge, and assembled the burger with bare hands. To make matters worse, my order of two banana splits featured old bananas. Disgusting. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

On a Friday night at 8pm in Trenton, Ontario, I went through the drive-thru and ordered three medium soft serve ice creams. There was one car in front of me and one behind me. Inside the restaurant, there was one guy and eight people standing around while the ice cream sat on the counter melting. The teen team was joking around and it took a while to get our very drippy cones. When I confronted the counter staff, they simply said it was busy. Despite there being 8 staff members and only 4 orders ahead of us, they still couldn't serve in a timely manner. It's time for them to reassess their job requirements. For us, this will be our last visit - paying $13 for three melting ice creams is just not worth it.

The restaurant has a spacious dining area with a wide variety of typical DQ food options. The service was prompt, and the washrooms were clean. There is a very large parking lot, although there is currently road work being done on the street outside.

If you like Ice cream, then this is the place to be. Cones, Banana Splits, Frozen Ice Cream Cakes, Blizzards, you name it. That's just for desert. They have excellent hamburger meals. made just the way you like them. The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean. All in all enjoyable

This is a super spot on a hot day they will cool you down ! I love good ice cream lots of good flavours to put in and on the ice cream . Blizzards Wow there awesome ! Good ice cream cakes for party's and just because ! they will please anyone ! Go now and try it . I can't say enough about this store . Oh I forgot they have awesome hamburgers , Hot food .
