Contribuisci feedbackThis place has to be the worst for service. The only way to confirm your order is right is to take apart your whole order in the store and check. They never get it right. They also take advantage of people by saying they don't sell a certain feast and having you upsize to things you won't eat. Then if you didn't check and get home to see their screw up, they want you to drive 20 minutes each way and all they offer is a sorry. Will be going to head office about this location
Had a horrible experience.Spent 50$ to get a 20piece combo received pieces of chicken that are 1/2 of the size as they should be. I then called in to speak to request a manager to call back.Received a call back from Sara the store manager. (She was very passive and advised me that everything is expensive and that i should accept it and move on. After receiving my feedback. Then I was told there's nothing she can do. Then hung up on me after me requesting to get a Word in.Very unprofessional!!!!!! KFC you need to be better then this. Your customers are what keep you in business and people employed.
Every time I go to this location after 9pm they have no chicken. Open till 10pm tonight no chicken at 9:15 pm. Offered to wait for them to cook some but they refused. I will not return to this location.
Chicken was way over cooked burnt really. Fries were cold. They need a new cook for sure !
