Tim Hortons - Trenton

This particular location has an energy that doesn't feel very welcoming it doesn't seem to be any organization within the teammates . Just the other day I went there when a teammate was late for shift and after I placed my order she was more concerned about making her breakfast and then getting on team to support the others.Although this happened the manager should not have scolded her in front of. Customers either.nobody smiles at this location.. and it doesn't matter what I asked for most of the time they always get it wrong.. except for the one specific brown haired young lady at the sandwich counter wish I knew her actual name) .I know how it is to work at Tim's so I understand to a degree of the stress and lack of organization and chaos ... but if you're going to work there yes you need to force yourself to smile and be Good to the customers . You'll get a lot more understanding for most customers if you are nice and then so me. For the Love of everything in this world somebody ONE CHIEF) take charge for better product quality and service an actual equipment that will stop breaking down. And who will motivate the team to come yogethrr

Convenient location at a gas station. Not very much parking.

Their drive through is awful slow getting orders through. Even when there's 1 or 2 cars. And half the time the drive through lady is grumpy and not friendly sounding, like she hates her job.

Normally pretty quick, Inside is nice, the staff is very pleasant and polite, the bagels are usually a hit or miss though.

I would have given a 5 star review but somehow they messed my coffee up. In the servers defense it was extremely busy and somewhat loud. But they managed to put the proper order oh the lid of the coffee but not inside the cup. The person making the order just has to take an extra second to double check their work and if they accidentally made it wrong to just take the time to make it correctly. As a customer I would much prefer to wait an extra couple seconds so a server can correct their mistake.
