1911 Smoke House Barbeque - Trenton

The pulled pork was amazing as always. The wings that arrived instead of the rib tips was kind of annoying since the order was wrong. However, the jerk seasoning was absolutely incredible on those wings. Though not a wing fan, Ill probably add them to a future order. I love this place I would just like consistency with orders. 5 orders TD and 3 were not correct. Ive viewed the menu online and would love to try their sides. currently only nachos are on door dash.

The sauce was overwhelmingly sweet , ribs were tough, and chicken was kinda good. Yams was good, Mac was not. Good concept, bad execution. Brisket wasnt good at all.

The Brisket was grey and dry. The pulled pork had hard chewy bits. Would not recommend

The food ws ok but the portion size for sides didnt match the entree, and there was no option for me to add more sides...please fix, thnk you.

Everything was tasty. great selection of sauces. great atmosphere and people.
