Hambone Opera - Trenton

This is my favorite place to get ribs. I especially enjoy the baby back ribs, and the beans are fantastic too. Whenever I'm in the Trenton area, I make it a point to stop by if they’re open.

My partner and I ordered the brisket sandwich platter, and we absolutely loved it. The owner was present and kindly offered us a sample of the pulled pork and ribs, which were also fantastic. We will definitely return!

This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The ribs and brisket are the best I've ever had—consistently outstanding. The spicy beans are fantastic as well. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Had a pulled pork sandwich, it was phenomenal. Great cook and flavor, much more roadside perfection. Far from the typical northeast bbq you’ll find in the area. Try the pickles in the dining area!
