The food is fantastic! I ordered catering for a birthday party, and it was a hit!

My kids have ordered from Kusina Ni Inang many times, and today (9/15/23) marks my second time ordering from your restaurant this week. Overall, the food is excellent. However, I noticed that the meat in the small egg rolls was stale. The issue only became apparent when I opened them and smelled the meat. Having been in the restaurant business for many years, I can recognize when something isn't fresh. I hope you will take care to ensure the freshness of your food. We'll definitely order again, but I think I’ll skip the egg rolls next time.

Finding good Filipino food in this area can be quite a challenge, and unfortunately, this is the closest and only option available. Overall, the food is decent, but I have serious concerns about their use of microwave heating on non-BPA plastic plates and containers. Given the information available on health and safety, I’m surprised that the Health Department has approved this practice. I inspected their plates and containers and found no indication that they are microwave-safe. Microwaving plastic can release harmful chemicals such as BPA and phthalates into food and drinks, so it's best to avoid it unless the plastic is specifically labeled for that purpose. If you're dining in, it raises the question of why they aren’t using regular dishware instead. I sincerely hope they reconsider their practices to ensure the safety of families in the future.

I visited on March 19th and enjoyed the food, particularly the halo-halo, which was excellent. The staff were friendly, but I found it a bit strange that they microwaved the food before serving it. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.
