Mcdonald's - Trenton

By far the worst McDonald's anyone has ever been to. Never a time you don't have to pull around because they can't finish your order. Tonight it's 15mins to just to get to the pay window then by the time you get to the food window you are once again asked to pull around even after already being stuck for 20mins in the line.

Bad food for way to much and everybody seems to be in a bad mood. I quit eating here.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru only to recieve cold food.

I ordered from the McDonald's app a Big Mac as well as a medium fry with a hamburger and I had two different codes and Miss Kayleigh was so helpful!Customer service was excellent.She helped me to navigate through the app as well as tell me about some more great deals that were offered through their app.I'm a very satisfied and happy customer.Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!!!(Grundy County Sheriff's Office employee)
