Contribuisci feedbackThe management at this location is highly disappointing. During my last three visits, I had to wait over 45 minutes for my orders. If you're looking for a meal around mealtimes, I suggest you look elsewhere, as they are severely understaffed. I have no intention of returning to this location and am even considering avoiding Panera Bread altogether. If you're thinking of placing a mobile order, be prepared to wait at least 1 to 1.5 hours. And good luck hoping they get your order right—my few experiences with delivery have shown that it’s rarely accurate. The management here really should be reconsidered, as it’s unacceptable for a chain with Panera’s resources. I won't be coming back.
I absolutely love Panera Bread! The staff member was incredibly polite. I can’t wait to go back!
The sandwiches were outstanding, and the drinks were refreshingly cold. The service was good, but keep in mind that fresh food requires a bit of patience. It was definitely worth the wait, as the food was truly delicious.
This restaurant consistently has slow service every time I visit. It took 40 minutes from the moment I joined the line (with only three cars ahead of me) to when I finally received my food. It's by far the worst Panera Bread location in the area.
I ordered takeout, and the service was decent; it didn’t take long. However, when I got home and opened my order, I was shocked to find that my turkey sandwich had no turkey! It was just lettuce, bacon, and a piece of avocado about the size of a golf ball. I won’t be returning to the Ewing location.
