Papa John's Pizza - Trenton

New owners, you can really say the difference; some things still work out, but the change is noticeable and all reviews from 6 months ago or later are not the same company. Customer service is much better, the orders are made good and right, deliveries are actually hot when they are here. I'll give them another try as long as they keep it.

I do not understand all the low reviews and negative reviews. I almost had no order from here about them, but I decided to give him a shot and I'm glad I did. the men who worked, welcomed me immediately when I entered. he had prepared my order, just as ordered. the food was cooked in the time that was appreciated and tasted good. the transaction was fast and efficient and I could not ask anything else.

I know this place has gotten a lot of bad press of late and is clearly going through a re-branding phase but I still think their pizza is better than Pizza Hut or Domino's. Their slogan actually holds true.

Friendly staff, great service , delicous pizza! My family is always happy to get pizza from here!?

Worst papa John's I've ever been to the people working there obviously do not care at all and are very rude to customers. I had to leave their went to a different papa John's where I was greeted with smiles the pizza looked great and they even held the door The people at the bordentown franchise couldn't even say hello
