Primo Hoagies - Trenton

This place used to be great, but now they skimp on the meat and cheese in their sandwiches. If you're just looking for a bread sandwich, this is the place for you; otherwise, it's not very good anymore.

This restaurant is ridiculously overpriced. I waited on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up on me. I thought they might have been busy, so I decided to place an online order. I arrived 45 minutes later, expecting the place to be bustling, but it was completely empty. I saw one employee cleaning the dining area, another sitting on the counter, and a third walking in from the back, munching on something she had just put in her mouth. Not a single customer was in sight, and no sandwiches were being prepared, not even for online orders—though I had arrived 15 minutes early for my pickup. I usually don't complain, but this experience was absurd. Take my word for it—never again.

2 hour wait for 4 sandwiches. People ordered after got there's before we did. Primo is a great franchise, but the people in ewing are just about clueless.

Sandwiches are ok. Not as good as the hype may seem. Seeded bread is very delicious though. Took young man almost 15mins to make 2 basic hoagies because he couldn't stop talking. I was only person in the store at the time.

We've been visiting Primos for quite a while, but we've noticed a decline in the quality of their sandwiches. Recently, we ordered a meatball parm and it arrived on a soggy roll without any cheese! To make matters worse, they also got my order wrong by giving me a plain roll instead of a seeded one. They really need to improve!
