T-byrds Sportsbar -n- Grille - Trenton

My wife and I have been back to this restaurant many times since I took those pictures. When it comes to local grills and bars, this is one of our top choices! Despite what some reviews may say, T-Byrds, now known as Neighbors Grill, is the ideal spot for a meal or drink after a long day or for a special occasion. The atmosphere is that of a sports bar with plenty of room. My wife has tried several of their signature drinks and has enjoyed them all. The food is mostly made from scratch, with a few exceptions. Every time I eat here, I remind my wife that making a good burger isn't difficult. However, consistently making a good burger like Neighbors does is a different story. Their classic tavern-style burger is always cooked perfectly and is simply delicious. The BBQ isn't out of this world, but it's surprisingly good for a place that isn't a BBQ joint. My wife usually orders the pulled chicken, while I've sampled the ribs. The chicken has a nice smoky flavor, and the ribs are dry-rubbed and topped with a sweet BBQ sauce. The seasoned fries are excellent, and I have a soft spot for them. My wife prefers the tots, although they are not made from scratch. We were underwhelmed by the potato skins, but that's just personal preference. The frog legs are similar to the BBQ - decent for a place that doesn't specialize in them. Surprisingly, our favorite item on the menu is the battered mushrooms with chipotle ranch. They are lightly battered, crispy, and even taste good as leftovers (though we rarely have any). Neighbors is a great spot to relax, and the portions are ample for the price. We highly recommend this place!

The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the food was delicious. I tried the duck for the first time and it was good. The dessert was also amazing!

I wanted to try out Neighbors since we hadn't been there since it was T-birds. We waited 8 minutes at the door to be seated (9-9:08pm) but no one seemed interested in seating us, so we decided to go to ElBarzon instead. We walked in and were seated at 9:09pm, and were served and finished by 9:58pm. It's worth noting that they close at 10pm. We never experience bad service or food at ElBarzon. We just weren't in the mood for Mexican food, oh well.

I regularly arrive buying some food here. I love the efficient service and well cooked dishes. Keep up the good work.

I simply liked their dishes. I always get good customer service there. The place is clean and the workers are always very nice. Will come back again.
