Panera Bread - Triadelphia

This Panera location is tidy, and the staff members are extremely friendly. It's not overly crowded if you visit at the right time. As a member of the Sip Club, I frequently stop by to pick up my drinks. I think it’s a fantastic service they've developed, perfect for anyone who enjoys coffee, energizing beverages, or soft drinks regularly.

I tried to order the Fuji apple salad for the second time, but they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. Since my rewards were expiring today, I had to choose something else. The server didn’t even offer an apology. Also, they never have pecan twist pastries, regardless of the time I visit the store.

I absolutely love the food here! One of the staff members, Liz, provides outstanding customer service and is a truly friendly person!

Stopped here while passing through Wheeling. We were very impressed with this Panera. The staff/service was excellent. I always tend to observe how staff interact with each other and they seemed to make a great team. Food was great, came out quickly. And bathrooms were very nice and clean! We love to see it.

I am so thankful for the customer care that I was given today from Panera in Triadelphia, WV. All of the staff was great, but my hat goes off to Cici. She help me, was patient and very understanding. The order was perfect, the food was wonderful and Cici is still tops. Thanks.
