Starbucks - Triadelphia

I waited 30 minutes for my drink and it never came. Just got my back. They had no explanation.

The staff at this location always has a positive attitude and always goes above and beyond. I have give Ethan a personal mention. He puts so much effort and personality into his craft!

I order a shaken espresso with oatmilk, I get 10 minutes down the road and turn back around. They remake it after being rude. I tried to give the other one back because I drive a manual vehicle and had nowhere to put it. Refused to take it back. No apology. Nothing. I am allergic to almond milk and was trying to be polite because I understand mistakes happen. Ridiculous.

Went to go in at lunchtime on 4th May only to be refused entry due to a ‘staff meeting’ taking place. No problem with having a meeting, but having it during lunchtime seems counterintuitive.
