Sushi Tokyo Restaurant - Trier

Located in downtown Trier, the restaurant was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The sushi is served buffet style on moving belts and was very good. Not much to complain about the place, very well kept restaurant with very good sushi.

I have been to this restaurant last weekend. They have a sushitrain and a small buffet with warmAppetizers. The sushi was just not good at all. It was really bad sushi. Being a true sushi lover, i can definitely say that this was one of the worst sushi train experiences. The sushi fell appart once you've touched it and they where all so tasteless and not good prepared. The warm buffet was not so bad and i liked the fact that it was a big restaurant and not a bad ambience however i am never going back!

Tokyo didn't have a huge selection, but what they did have I thought was decent. Also the price was fair for an all-you-can-eat buffet. I would go back but not until I search around for some other sushi joints. ON-ON MIMB

I visited this place a few months ago, and didn't think much about it since then. Recently while looking for restaurants on tripadvisor, I was surprised to see this one so far up the list. I did not enjoy my meal here, and will never go back.The fish is very low quality, the rice is not seasoned correctly, and the wrappers are tough and fishy. Having lived in Japan, I probably am unrealistic about what to expect for my sushi, but once in a while, I give a place a chance just hoping that it will be decent. Unfortunately, this place is not even good enough to depend on when you are dying for sushi. As others have said, I wondered how long those same plates had been circling the conveyor. I know there were some plates that were on the whole hour that we were there.

This is the first time we go to a Sushi restaurant in Trier, so we don´t have any comparisons, but we were very disappointed.1. Poor variety and quality of dishes. Not even half of the dishes offered in the menu were available. 2. Not clean enough3. Poor serviceWe won´t be going there again any time soon....
