Grande posto storico. Siamo appena arrivati nel deserto, tutto era perfetto. È costoso, ma ne vale la pena, ottime torte e servizio.

Posto epico. Ottimo servizio e posizione. Lavoratori disponibili e amichevoli. Bellissima decorazione e ampia offerta di prodotti tradizionali.

Bello servizio, buon trampolino. Torneremo.

It was a very nice bar and they played great music. The staff was very nice and the location was near my hotel, the Trieste 411. I'll be back!

This place is among several bars/restaurants in Trieste, that’s been around for a few generations (it opened in 1972). It’s located in the city center, close to many bus stops and the train station, and it’s open from early morning to late at night. Here you can have breakfast, lunch, or just desserts, snacks and drinks of any kind. They also have some tables outside on the sidewalk. We sat outside one night for a snack and a drink a few months ago, as we returned to the city after a short trip to Milan via train. It had been many years since last time we’ve been here, and I was glad to find out that their quality hasn’t changed: the “tramezzini” were really good, and they still offer very good wines! The only negative thing is parking (extremely difficult to find); however, the bar is reachable with public transportation.
