Great food and the staff are lovely but for delivery often times forget to include the food you've ordered.

I don't understand what's going on with the service workers at the drive thru- but three times I have been charged at the till and something will be missing from the bag. I ordered 2 portions of chicken nuggets and a large drink and my sister got a portion of onion rings. She even repeated it back to us our order. Then we asked her are the right food in there she said yes. Open the bag there was only one box of chicken nuggets and no onion rings and my drink was a regular. The drive through feels rushed aswell. Paying for food that's not in the bag has happened 3 times now and 1 girl serving had a very bad attitude. Not to mention the delivery service is like 2 hours long. Supermacs sort yourselves out. The food tastes lovely it's just the service is terrible.

I get the drive thru from here as I have a small child and it's hard to get out. Food is always good, service always good. I went to Supermacs in Kells and you can see the difference a mile off. Trim is better than Kells in this end. Supermac's in Trim is an all rounder. You won't be disappointed. You feel valued and treated well even if it's the drive thru service.
