Segala - Triolet

I had my first visit to this restaurant and absolutely loved it! We started with scallops, which were fantastic. The saltimbocca alla romana was simply amazing! Our desserts were out of this world. My partner had the cherry clafoutis, and I indulged in the chocolate explosion. The service from Arvesh was outstanding! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again.

We gave a standing ovation to the chef and our waiter, Aza, for such a truly delicious meal! During the last few days of our stay at the hotel, we decided to dine only at this restaurant because we were convinced it was even better than the buffet! The calamari was authentically soft and perfectly cooked, while the dorado fish is an absolute must-try! The only thing that could have been improved was the cocktails; they could have used a little more alcohol. We even asked the chef to come to our table, and we applauded him!

The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We always enjoy coming here!
