Contribuisci feedbackIt was a nice stop on the way to Berlin from Ravensburg. came an evening after driving for a while and needed some good to eat. The food was traditional and delicious. The server was pleasant and prompt as it balances many tables. I had the fried duck with dumplings and a cool pilsner to wash it. The weather was great when I sat on the terrace and saw the ducks swimming over the pond. I had a pleasant time.
The small rural hotel is beautifully furnished and has a cosy ambience. The food is very traditional and delicious. There's beer from the barrel. Prices are reasonable. The place is really a jewel and a time trip to the past.
Locality has come in the years, but well maintained. The service very nice and warm and fast. The food is still 1 A if you stop driving past the A9 and enjoying the good thursian cuisine.
We were there at noon. We had Netle soup as an appetizer and as a main course my parents had wild boar roast (selfmade!!!) Thuringia flowers and I had baked pork steak with spices and cheese, with Klee Frites. Waiting times kept within limits and as Amuse-Gaule there were fat bombs. The food was fresh and excellent. Can only be recommended. Also the service was friendly and we had a great stay. Thank you.
