Les Rôtisseries Ti-coq (st-louis-de-france)

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I waited over 35 minutes for two chef's specials, and frankly, it was unacceptable. The restaurant was not busy; there were only three customers ahead of me, and yet three people who arrived after me received their orders before I did. To make matters worse, the chef seemed more focused on chatting than on the kitchen, and there were no apologies for the long wait. It felt like a lack of professionalism from someone who should know better. I also noticed unfinished meals being left on tables, with some diners barely touching their food, including pieces of chicken that were undercooked. This was my last visit, and I can't say I would recommend it to anyone.

Super nice restaurant, beautiful location, but on the other hand the health, the management…. To begin with we ordered at the counter, but just before ordering we were looking at the menu and an employee arrived with the tray of tokens from the liquor machine and said to an employee give them over and she will count them 'an arrogant look and tone! Secondly, we can see in the kitchen so it would be GREATLY appreciated that there is a minimum of sanitation…. She packs our boxes while eating fries……..fingers in her mouth=CONTAMINATION!! Just for having seen this I won 't go again and I don 't even want to imagine what we don 't see... arkk

I am pleased with the food and the portions in the boxes. However, the only downside is that they often forget to include the coleslaw and instead put in two sauces. Additionally, the service upon arrival could use some improvement.

The service was exceptionally attentive, earning a solid 7 stars! Everything was absolutely perfect, just like always. The chicken was fat-free and tender, and the fries were simply the best. #1!

Very slow service....20 minutes on average for 2 specials...
