Presse Cafe - Trois-Rivières

Had a leisurely visit here early July the morning after a music festival. Nice coffee and great carrot cake muffin. Very clean. Fast internet connection of 5mbps. Password is the title - gotta love the french language.

We called in here for a lunchtime break and the food though basic sandwiches , soup and salad (you get a choice of two) was excellent . i had the Tuna sandwich and i liked the fact it was plaine tuna with some vinegar as opposed to Tuna covered in dressing . Also the bread was really tasty as well . both my colleague and i thought this was a really good place to vist rather than the chain sandwich shops up the road.

Stopped by on a trip from Montreal to Quebec. Got there at 15hrs and stopped for a quick lunch. Club sandwich was great.

Liked this place. The coffee was good - and the girl helping us very friendly and helpful. Great to see that there are still young people who can make you feel appreciated as a customer. She should get a raise!

Presse café is a great chain, most often filled with a younger crowd. The downtown Trois-Rivières location is quite spacious, bright, and lots of windows because of its corner street location.. You can get a coffee and read the newspapers that are available for customers or have a healthy inexpensive breakfast (croissants, sandwiches, yogurts etc.) and a specialty coffee (I had the cappuccino). All at a reasonable price.
