When I heard the sushi buffet, I thought it was a bad idea. Sabrura has the cheapest sushi buffet in Norway, the quality is good enough to knock a lot of competition. I wish they had a way to cool the fish because it doesn't keep long enough fresh. I'd expect that. If it hadn't been at the price, I would give them a 3-star. But its almost good enough and so cheap that it makes difficult to complain or compete. And they turn off the sushi regularly. Here are 4.
Large sushi buffet, sushis must be renewed weekly menu base
Tasty food, but no service at all. All the tables were dirty and you hear all stuffs conversations including swearing.
Other Sabrura places are slightly better. Rice is falling apart, in maki you can barely find some fish. Lack of knowledge is perspective for variety is not a good thing in the place where you are serving Sushi. Buffet can be better prepared. Me as a chef can notice that for the price you pay and options you get, you can easily find a better place in Trondheim for the same price.
