Joy Teriyaki Troutdale

We had two orders of chicken teriyaki with gyoza. The place is literally two minutes away, and our food arrived stone cold. The chicken had a heavy heavy flavor of butane, not just being grilled, but like touching gas flames it was an edible. The gyoza was good, but it is frustrating as this was two separate orders and they never separate the Gyoza. They just threw it in one bag with no sauce for you to sort out. Each portion and order should be individual. The price versus the quality isnt worth the wait. Last time we ordered, we did go in person and the lady at the front counter is always there, she has a very short tone, and comes across completely impolite. It may be a cultural thing, but its an ongoing issue so theres that.

I order from here all the time and am shocked at the spring rolls I received. it was as if they were double cooked and then sat? they were dark dark brown almost burnt completely saturated in grease. it was like eating a log of Grease it was thoroughly disgusting

Just... Meh? Inside of restaurant is used as secondary storage space, simple rice and chicken took longer than I would expect, and it was not really that good. Especially for $14‽

The customer service here is absolutely horrid. It's pretty sad because my husband and I love the food, however,they always get our order wrong whether it's over the phone and or in person. They do not care to confirm orders and also try to over charge. Looks like we will have to find some where else to spend money. That's too bad. This could easily be fixed. So very poor service 1 star for you guys.

Foods good. A lot of meat. I'll seek something with some veggies mixed in next time. Prices are ok. I would take out rather than dine in
