Dunkin' - Troutman

Horrible service, I never leave reviews but considering there is no phone number connected to this location and I can't even find it on dunkin's website this will have to do. We were in the drive thru, We ordered 3 drinks, a cold brew and 2 refreshers, first off they lost our order less than 2 minutes after ordering, then they attempted to give us someone's online order. When we told them what our order was they laughed and said again that they couldn't find the order thenthey finally give us our order the cold brew was completely wrong, it didn't have the cold foam, or the flavor we ordered. I have never had an issue like this at any dunkin before extremely upset and disappointed.

Probably going through growing pains. And when they pay so low you don't get the very best people. I asked for two bagels. It took forever for them to even get it to me. And then I only had one bagel and it was a bit burned.

Come to this Dunkin? Donuts! Do not get it confused with the one right off of interstate. That location is so awful, but just go down the road on Main Street about a mile to this one. Trust me you will be so much happier!! I have lived in Troutman for a number of years and was so happy when they opened this new location. Staff is very friendly and consistent with the quality of product unlike the other location. Thank you Dunkin on Main!
