Mcdonald's - Troutman

Surprisingly disappointed with this mcdonalds. All of them are very generic and produce the exact same thing hense the appeal but this one runs out of items more than I have seen before. Every single time i go in there they are out of some drink, food them, shake, flavor. Etc

No smiles at the drive thru. Efficient but not friendly

Well, it was clean... But my order was lost. Almost missed my plane out of Charlotte. Waited for 20 minutes for my order. Others around us were complaining that their burgers weren't cooked through. No napkins were provided to anyone. It was pandemonium.

The terrible service here starts with the manager. I just experienced it first hand. Went in for a simple gift card purchase and by the end of it I wish hadn’t walked in there at all. Couldn’t get a gift card processed correctly by the manager and he was sooo rude when I asked him to correct it, I’ll never be back.Its no wonder the service here has been poor over and over again. It’s starting at the top!

This branch has a very high likelihood of getting your orders wrong. If you tell them about it they are so defensive. These fast foods have such low standards it's getting disgusting to give them hard earned bucks.
