Awful service pre ordered for 5pm and still waiting at 6pm with two hungry children. my car broke down and I haven't any food in the house never ever ordering again.

So ordered over the phone, drove in picked it up. Quick service Reasonable price HOWEVER 1 item was missing And was given the wrong curry. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Usually don't have an issue but tonight I ordered at 8 and was told the food would be here. Its now 10 past 10, no food, no further contact with the restaurant and £22 out of pocket. I want a refund!
