Cinnabon - Troy

I had a fantastic experience at this Cinnabon. Despite being busy, the lines moved quickly and the service was efficient. The staff member who took my order was very friendly and engaging in conversation. It seems like they have hired excellent employees, and the cinnamon rolls were fresh and delicious!

The customer service was excellent! Although I forgot to ask for her name, the server was extremely kind. The rolls were warm and fresh. We also tried some new beverages, which were a perfect refreshment after a long day of shopping.

The sushi rolls are consistently delicious at this restaurant. However, it can be hit or miss if they have enough when ordering more than one or two original rolls. Despite the inconsistency, I am willing to take my chances and still enjoy dining here.

Absolutely terrible! the older black dame with pink and black braid is rude. when they see that customers come to the theke they said “and they just come” really snore! obviously they don't have cinnabons at the moment ready. they said they were not ready until an hour wait from now on! it is 1:15 and it is opened at 12.

I wish I could give them a 0 or even a negative number for service. They took my order and never delivered it.. And now there is no way to get a refund because there is no one answering their phones.
