Fantastic customer service under new management, was quick and very polite!

I came to this Dairy Queen once with my father and our experience was outstanding. The service was outstanding the Oreo Blizzard was very fresh and was massive. The Blizzard was filled up the top and had a ton of oreos on it. The mangement is very good here and the workers worked very hard. This DQ has value and they care about their customers. One of the best DQ in the Metro Detriot area. I just wish it was in a hotspot location like Sommerset mall instead of Oakland Mall.

They are following Covid 19 safety guidelines and the food is great.

My son wanted to get a vanilla milkshake, so we got in. we were the second person. it took 15 minutes to get a vanilla milkshake! 3 workers today is the 24th september at 555 o'clock) 2 girls who are hired, who hardly worked, flirted with a young one in the line and also constantly on their phone, the line began to get longer, and I have lost my geduld! put the phone away and work it! Stop giggling and interceding and just come to the customer so we can go! the only man who worked got our milkshakes. this place looked like müll. when they are there to work, at least clean up and to paying customers!.
