They replaced items in my order without informing me, resulting in random substitutions. The bagels were delicious, but the service left much to be desired.
I always forget to ask for cream cheese. But the bagels are still as great as I remember from when I was a kid.
The Everything bagels were more like Nothing But Sesame Seeds bagels. Very disappointing. The texture was very good though!
