Contribuisci feedback12.19.2023*I order a pizza for delivery I switch to pick up within maybe just a few minutes after placing the order.. When I called they put me on hold for roughly 8 mins then came to the phone I advised them I would just pick up the pizza since I couldn’t find exact change all I had was a $50 bill, understandable they can not break a $50 when they deliver. Fast forward to arriving I paid for the pizza and retrieve the pizza and tasted the pizza and it was Barely Warm.. I was given an ETA of 25 35 mins because short staff I said ok I left in 15 20 min range .. How was I late picking up my order?? The pizza would’ve still been hot. The pizza was either rushed or cold. I get there and the Black guy identified himself as a Manager was off to the side on the phone texting before he even acknowledged I was there so the other guy acknowledged me after I got the pizza I immediately turn around to let him know of the discrepancy the black guy went off on Me in a nice sarcastic manner “well you didn’t know what you want to do carryout or delivery the pizza been ready over 30 mins and it’s no longer our problem since you paid for the pizza and it’s cold maybe take it home and put it in your oven ma’am when don’t have time to remake your pizza!” Excuse me? I kindly advised him well I’m not satisfied and for your kind words I would like a refund.. He said “Sorry can’t give you a refund , aren’t you going back HOME you can warm your pizza up in a oven?” At this point I’m really upset for the fact I’m being handled as a customer in a disgusting manner after I paid my money 2nd , I BEEN ON THE ROAD , I don’t live in Troy I been traveling and my 5 year old daughter wanted her favorite Marco’s Pizza….? NEVER, experienced SUCH customer service like TO THIS magnitude of life. Marcos Pizza website you do have a refund policy so if I was unsatisfied I should not have been denied a refund I had receipt in hand.. Even when I told him of the temp of the pizza he refused to make it right and I was unhappy.. Yet, he chose not to make it right with a fresh pizza and he ALSO chose not to make it right with a refund because I was unhappy with SERVICE the pizza!UPDATE: I received the refund don’t play with me….Y’all DO.NOT.EAT.HERE. I read 2 reviews about food poisoning?? They just do NOT care what and HOW , they serve the pizza..Go to ANY OTHER Marco’s BUT Troy, Alabama.
Customer service was not the best tonight.I’ve ordered at this location all the time without any issues . I called the phone, the guy slams on hold for 15 MINUTES. Called again “thanks for calling Marcos Hold”. They were not that busy when my husband and I arrived the guy African American identified himself as a manager could not put his sell phone down just chilling was not pleasant at all and I’m sure that was him slam us hold and not coming back to the phone. We placed the order online anyway to help out. If you guys do not want to serve customers at night you all shouldn’t be open at night give the business to Dominos!
The service, food quality, price, and atmosphere always exceeds my expectations!! I absolutely LOVE Marco's.... this is my FAVORITE pizza restaurant ???
The pizza is always delicious. If you have the app or join the rewards club, it makes the prices more reasonable. Best pizza in town.
My Pizza was ready at 710. No one came to the drive threw window for 10mins. Didn't get my pizza till 723. The store had no customers. Where did the smiling helpful faces Marco's used to hire go. Good help is needed to keep a business running expsally in a smaller town
