Paradise Biryani Pointe - Troy

We opted for dine in. Food was average. We felt the chicken used was stale. The dish taste did not match the item we ordered. Ambience is not bad. However the air conditioning was off. It was almost 75F. They did not bother to turn on the air conditioning. The service was poor. Not a true dine in service. We actually got sick after returning home. I would not go this place again.

I ordered boneless chicken biryani. it was terrible. the chicken is dry and hard as rock and cold in the inner. the rice is dry. biryani worst I had in the last past.

Cut off with the feed service. I've been here before because I've been immersed and never experienced such a bad service. no ice (during hot days,) air conditioning not effective, food on other tables and no one purifies it, long delivery times, cutlery / paper serviettes not there and had to be remembered. the food taste was good, but zero marks for ambiente and diving experience.

I've eaten one of them, but the taste and quality have gone down for a few months. ordering mutton biriyani and getting mutton that doesn't taste well, too hard and flesh is black that should be soft. prices have risen and do not match the quality of food they receive.

-ordered online for pickup in charge- higher prices than on the website. Ordered on the phone, asked my sum. I wanted to pick up at the restaurant and was charger higher than what was said on the phone. it happened twice. no definitiw. I'm not sure why they act like car dealers. I never go back or take my fellows. I almost forgot to mention. Never. it's never like you can do it.
