Ruth's Chris Steak House - Troy

It was my first visit but not my last. Everything was awesome from being greeted in the parking lot to have a great day and thanks for coming.

The four of us enjoyed our dinner at Ruth's Chris. Our waiter Quinn was very good and helpful. The service could have been a bit faster, however, in their defense, they were very busy.

Very disappointing on the value . Only my second time visiting this company. The steak value is no where near the price . Got a filet it was not like butter instead it was more fatty and very undercooked asked for mid well and butterfly cut to avoid this still cam out med rare

Food was delicious. Maybe slightly overpriced but can’t complain too much.

Our server, Amy, was amazing, as was everyone from the hostess to the other servers to the assistants. Food (NY strip steak and a shrimp cocktail appetizer) was excellent as always. And, as a bonus, they have a tremendous selection of wine at all price points. Well worth the money. A truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
