Subway - Troy

I love the service here! It’s always prompt, friendly, attentive, and they’re quick to apologize if something is unavailable. The staff is also fast and generous with their portions! My only complaints are that they frequently run out of steak, which forces me to change my order, and they’ve stopped making the pizza sub. It also seems like they don’t train new employees properly on how to make a simple sandwich. Additionally, the tables have been sticky, so I’ve started taking my food to go.

The experience was excellent overall.
