Taco Bell - Troy

The woman working the drive through refused to let us pay separately. I only wanted ONE item, but apparently that was too much of a hassle for them (even though there was nobody behind us in the drive through). I noticed the person in front of us had absolutely no issues (but they shared the same complexion as the woman in the window, no surprise). Not only did they refuse service (seemingly because of a racist standpoint) they also seemed to purposely make the order incorrect. When we pulled up to the window, we watched them pull the sauce and one of the items out of the bag, which ended up being missing from our order. I’d like to add that when we pulled into the location we witnessed a rat scurry across the parking lot. And the rat was by far the cleanest employee at the whole establishment.

The employees at this Taco Bell are in 1st place in the competition for efficiency and friendliness.
