Taco Bell - Troy

I often find myself out late from work and craving a quick meal, so I head to Taco Bell. However, it seems like it’s always an issue. They either close earlier than expected or don’t have the items I want. This situation really needs to be addressed because it’s frustrating. Honestly, it feels quite unprofessional.

Three strikes and you're out! My fiancé and I don’t often eat at fast-food places, but since we live just three blocks from the Taco Bell on Hoosick St. in Troy, we occasionally indulge. Unfortunately, this was the third time they messed up our order. Most recently, on December 18, 2022, at 7 PM, we couldn't even place our order. We sat in our car, waiting at the speaker for someone to take our order, but we were completely ignored. There were cars ahead of us getting their orders, so after waiting for about five minutes, we decided to leave the line and won’t be returning to the Taco Bell on Hoosick St. again!

The wait wasn't long at all, and the service was fantastic. However, my three tacos were so overly tender that they fell apart completely, making them impossible to eat. I don't understand how they could be so soggy—maybe it was too much fat? I usually love Taco Supremes, but this experience was disappointing.

2 different nights in the same week I go with the car after 10 o'clock because I get out of work. First-time truck delivery can not be served, then the system is down. I'm done with this place.

Great experience! food was luke warm, mmm my favorite. and they didn’t have any drinks and asked, “you sure you don’t want milk.” i’m just happy i got milk instead of a baja blast, idk how mfs drink that shi
