Tim Hortons - Troy

I've been reading a lot of reviews, especially the negative ones, but I want to share my experience. I've been visiting this Tim Hortons for the past seven months, and it’s been fantastic. Over the last two months, though, my experiences have been even better. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management, but the service here has improved tenfold. The staff are outstanding and truly deserve recognition! The coffee is always hot, the food is consistently fresh, and the donuts look amazing! I actually go out of my way to visit this Tim Hortons, even with two other locations nearby.

This is my favorite tim hortons, everyone who works there is so nice and helpful! my drinks are always perfect and made fast. they remember who they are and always make them welcome. the best here!

I would give this store a 0 based on my experience this morning. The customer service at this location has never been great but today was horrible. I placed an order the girl repeated my order still got the wrong order. Called the store to let them know the order was messed up and unfortunately got into a argument with the girl she hung up on me twice. I called back got a male and while I was talking to him and telling him what was going on she was shouting in the background.. And then she hung up on me again. Went up to the store the doors were locked and they refused to open the door to correct my order. Ask for a manager or GM information and they refused to give me anything. I contacted another store told them what happened and they politely corrected my order.

I was the only customer there. I asked for a coffee with a very small amount of cream. Instead, they gave me cream with a small amount of coffee. Since it was the afternoon, they only had a few variety of donuts left. I asked for a chocolate dip donut, but ended up with a chocolate glazed donut. The reason for this is the employees were milling around chit chatting instead of focusing on listening to the customer. That’s what I get for eating junk food.

This is the best Tim Hortons. I enjoy the workers. Every Tim Hortons has a line out to the road but these workers do their best to get us through the line they take their job serious. The app is the most frustrating thing and they’ve explained to me they have no control over the app or anything to do with it but they try their best to help me with it. I love the rewards that they had me download when they work lol. I enjoy my ice Capps they make them so pretty and the food is delicious. Enjoy these staff of women in the morning wish I knew their name. Thank you to them and the owner John and Maureen.
