Alder Creek Cafe - Truckee

I love being able to grab a bite and maybe a beer after XC skiing in winter or biking, hiking or running in summer.

Food is excellent but I can’t say the same about the custome service. Cashier was rude and impatient. I do highly recommend the food and skiing though.

Burger gave me food poisoning. Nice location though and the cross country skiing location is pretty.

After a bite at the Cafe, great food staff, we hiked to the Aspen Grove. The colors have just changed and it was glorious. Short hike into the woods with all of Mother Nature’s fall palette in full view. By the time you read this the leaves will have fallen, but you should still go by Alder Creek Adventure Center ASAP!

Great community outlet. It's hard to compare it with any place I've ever seen.
