Truckee Tavern & Grill

Birthday dinner for my husband. Excellent food, well prepared. Service was perfect, and the ambiance and noise level were both really nice. Will definitely come again!

Really good restaurant in the central location in Truckee. Food was all really good with a special mention of the cobb salad and chocolate bundt cake.

We are local and always love to eat in Truckee Tavern. Great food. Great outdoor seats with mountain views. Recently we had a special date and the hosts and servers went the extra mile to give us a special table. Even if they are crazy, the staff is human, friendly and thoughtful, what the world means to us. Thank you for all at Truckee Tavern. We'll see you soon.

One of the best pasta dishes I've ever had! Great place. Great service.

Decent place for a steak and atmosphere. I was going to order the chicken, but they were out (it happens). A friend and I ordered Medium-Rare, but got closer to Medium.. .was still good. Old-Fashioned was not watered down, thankfully. The Mac 'n Cheese is pretty tasty.
