Estancia Muchik - Trujillo

Great grilled food and nice service! If you are in Trujillo, you have to go and try them grilled food!!

A pleasant evening begins with a warm welcome from Hugo. Hugo then does a good job to explain the menu and give advice, which is especially good this evening. The menu was varied with a focus on grilled meat. We had the kid? Sirloin Steak (300...grms) and the pork ribs. Both were cooked according to specifications and were delicious. If you are ready for some grilled meat this is the place to go.

Given the quality of meat, pricing, presentation, service and supplement, I would say that this is the best “parrilla” restaurant in Trujillo. They definitely know what they're doing. I hope they have better music.

Barbecue and other Peruvian styles are mixed here to offer the costumer another taste and taste experience. Pig ribs are my favorite.

One of the best places to eat. Great service and a wonderful owner. Eat here everytime I visit Trujillo.
