Had not been to this location in a few yearsWe got our order to go first thing I noticed was bathroom was not available to use for public and the whole dining area was unorganizedThe bathroom was available for public use before but some reason it was blocked off nowThe young lady at the register was professional and attentiveI Ordered Carne asada fries which came in a good portion but the meat, guacamole had no flavor or barely any seasonings overall just the fries were enjoyable so to sum it up overall I would not return but maybe other dishes have better flavor

The bathrooms do not allow you to use them and I think it is anti-Jenic, they do not allow you to wash your hands.

I can believe I spend $20 for a machaca plate. That was served small portion for a child., they give me 4 tortillas but I had to use 1 and half to to put all the machaca. They expected ne to fill up on tortilla.

I made my order pretty clear to the restaurant lady and once I got home, my order was not what I ordered. I asked for everything on both entrées and I also asked what does everything consist of?. She told me and I said yes please. Well, everything was not on my food either was the extra items that I asked to be on it. I 'll take that drive all the way too Riverside, atleast I know I will get what I ask for on my food

Extremely EXPENSIVE for no reason. I mean they want $9 for a Bean Cheese Burrito. Absolutely crazy! There are so many other Mexican food restaurants that are much more affordable and the food is the same or better. (Los Jilbertos being one of them). Customer service is horrible. The girl that works there has an attitude all the time. There Tuesday Fish Taco and Asada Taco specials are a joke(as in there barely anything) . I'll never go here again. Just the worst.
