Chip's Restaurant - Trumbull

Went to visit a friend in CT and came here for breakfast on Sunday morning.

Well, I'm reading through some of these reviews so I have to add my 2 centsChips is a great family style restaurant, perfect for breakfast.

Very poor management as far as oversee orders coming out of the kitchen.

We believe in high-quality food and excellent service. Everything is homemade and our pancakes are the lightest you ever taste and you can have them for every meal as we serve breakfast all day long. There is something for every appetite, including healthy options as well as a gluten-free menu. Our lunch and dinners include everything from soups and salads to delicious paninis and even three course dinners. We are community-oriented and believe in returning to local welfare and organizations. We look forward to welcoming you in our Trumbull location!

Great breakfast, lunch had here this weekend. Got here close to 12 noon on a Sunday. We wanted a place with a good lunch that was still serving breakfast, something to please everyone. Locals already know, this place has great breakfast options.... That 's what I had. Pancakes were on point, eggs were right on and the homefries were cooked to perfection. The other plates brought out were exact to menu description, cooked just right and very tasty. As it should be. Very fair prices on the menu, and good comfort food. Our waiter was a little dazed but we got what we asked for and how we ordered it.
