Dunkin' - Trumbull

I regret ordering from Dunkin' Donuts. I placed my order at 11:10 and didn't receive my food until 12:30. I can't believe I had to wait over an hour.

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent, provided by a friendly gentleman with a mustache! I was initially puzzled by the $3 cappuccino offer, but he explained that it was only available on the app. Whatever the case may be, he was very helpful.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable about the rewards program. Before allowing him to scan my free reward, I made sure to specify that I wanted it to be applied to my order.
