Owner is always very friendly eating is very good price (I always get compliments). eating is usually very good, although sometimes something can be dry, as I are a lot of Chinese food places sometimes. the service is fast. All-you-can-eat (if it ran) has always lots of options for dinner, seems less worth lunch. all right.
I went to this restaurant for dinner tonight and was extremely disappointed. The rice was not cooked well and had a weird taste, and the General Tso's chicken was hard to bite into. I thought I had bitten into a bone, but it turned out to be a piece of burnt breading. Despite a previous bad experience with burnt food and soggy chow mein, I gave this place another chance. However, the service was terrible and the food was not up to par. The management apologized and gave us a full refund. There is a lot of room for improvement in this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and affordable. However, they only offer takeout service at this time.
Ordered Combination plate H, and I was quickly disappointed by the bland overcooked rice with dried out pieces of chicken. And then there was the spareribs that had more fat than any pork. I also ordered an Spring Roll that consisted of all vegetables drenched in grease, not to mention the meat based egg roll, had a rather disturbing amount of curry. The sweet and sour chicken balls, were the only item that was edible, just because the batter surrounding the formed chicken was crispy. And the worst thing was I had t pay to get delivery of this under par food. Overall I will never order from the Chow Family again.
