Sauced Wood Fired Pizza - Truro

Truro 's best pizza bar none. From the wood fired pizza oven, to the attention paid to using the proper ingredients, Sauced is doing *everything* right. With the addition of a 'build your own ' option to the already extensive menu, there 's something here for all palates. Aside from the food, the staff are all a joy to interact with I could spend hours just socializing. This is a truly special addition to Truro 's growing dining scene, and you owe it to yourself to try them out.

Had the Florentine pizza and Reuben panini, both were fantastic! The staff and chef were so nice and helpful in our ordering decision. The white wine sangria is also great!!

I was invited by one of my friends to try it out. Loved the look of the interior, very clean and well kept. When it came to the garlic fingers and pizza, is have to rate it 6/5 and that's coming from a person who was in Italy for about a month experiencing the brick oven pizza a lot. Very happy with it, the only thing I would like to bring up was the amount of time we were asked how things were. I'm guessing the waitress is new, but asking once every 5 mins is a bit much. Otherwise I highly suggest it!

I had the pleasure of trying the Margherita Pizza, and it was phenomenal. We also happened to sit at the bar in front of the pizza prep area and had a great chat with Chef Jim once it was less busy. They were quite busy when we first arrived, and it took us forever to order as we were in a daze watching them speedily throw pizzas together. Great pizza, great drink menu, will definitely be back often!

Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and beyond great food!!! Thumbs up all day long and highly recommend!
