Applebee's Grill - Trussville

I took my family there for lunch today and part of the party showed up early and gone to the bar and got drinks. He paid for them before he got them, after we got seats at a table a young lady came and let them know that they did not have the olive juice to make the drink. She was asked if he could get a refund and she told him yes. So he gone to the bar to put the money back on his card. Then he was told he could not get a refund so he asked for a manager. He came out totally disrespectful, and kicked him out. We had to go somewhere else for lunch. We will never go back there again. He did not get his money back so he paid for a drink they could not make and refused a refund. As we were in the parking lot talking about where to go for lunch, cuz we were in different vehicles, the manager came out side to start more trouble.

Food wasn’t good at all! We ordered cokes and it taste weird like cleaner was in it. The waitress even tasted it and said it didn’t taste right. I thought by going to trussville and not Centerpoint would have been better. I will never go there again.

The service was great . Trinity was a great server..she was very friendly and efficient .

We were very surprised on how good the food and service was. The 2 for $25 menu is a great deal. We got an appetizer, I got a steak and by wife got a chicken dish. All good was hot and fresh. The server was also very friendly!
