Fox's Pizza Arcade - Trussville

I held last night enroute to Birmingham, hoping that their big reviews were right. I had the deluxe and it came hot, with slightly crispy thin crust and perfect amount of blows, for me. Well done! I brought half back and finished it today. Great!

I usually don't have a problem with this place, but recently I make simple orders that take longer than the time given to me. Getting close to not coming here anymore.

Amazing Subs. I ordered the whole sub and it was so big I had to share. Italian sub was amazing. Also great to have the Italian dressing in a container while traveling, much appreciated!

I've ordered a couple pizzas from this place because it's closest to me. It's not bad for a local/regional pizza joint but if you're not going to compete on price from the big guys then you need to give me a reason to buy from you instead and the pizza itself just isn't good enough right now to make me do that. My recommendation is to eat into your profit margins and make the pizza differently, like it used to be made. Whatever your normal amount of cheese is, double it or triple it for free and differentiate your product from the topping skimping national chains. We all remember how pizza was before 2000ish when cheese wasn't skimped. Make it like that and I'd choose you every time over those guys.

Spaghetti and meatballs are great. Very young females at front not. Need mature people working with manners. I live very close to this location but won?t visit often because of the attitude, lack of consistency on information about service and food takes way too long to prepare for take away walk in. Also, the inside aesthetics need improvement. Although? love the old photographs of local and antique buildings etc. that?s cool.
