Had the open sign on, trying to pick up an order for Door Dash and they said they ran out of fries, so they were closed. With the open sign on and people still pulling up trying to order. A huge banner out front proclaiming Open Late 11 pm . Nope, not really. Find another way to charge, share you don 't have fries, but you don 't just shut down bc you ran out of something. It 's 86 'ed and you move on.

Fast and friendly service, let me add an extra drink at the window. Food was fresh and hot, tasted great. The price for what I got was good. Not sure why there are so many iffy reviews, it's a good Guthrie's.

First of $16.48 for Box an a extra nugget!! Yea nuggets 6 nuggets for that an also no lemon for the tea also no lids for the large sweet tea. I can understand cost but come on!! Long time customer but now woo!!

1. Food taste great and portion size is good.2. Team members seem very impersonal and not very welcoming to guest.3. Need to offer more special price items to draw people in.
