I visited Jack in Argo, and unfortunately, my order was wrong. There was no line either online or in the store, yet I had to repeat my order multiple times. Despite this, the staff member asked for me to repeat it several times but still got it wrong. It seemed like she was more focused on her phone and flirting with a male coworker than on her job. While I don't mind having fun at work, it's important to prioritize customer service. I've been to Jack's locations before, but after this experience, I really have no desire to return anytime soon. I tried to remain polite, but I doubt I'll place an order if she is working when I come back. I had a sick child who we had just taken to the ER, and he wanted one specific item, which we didn't end up getting.
I visited at 7:00 PM and unfortunately, the bathrooms were in terrible condition—just messy. The dining area could have used a better cleaning as well; since they weren’t busy, someone should have taken the time to wipe things down. The food was decent, but it didn’t match the quality I’ve had at other Jack's locations. The eggs were a bit watery. Overall, I think I'll choose to avoid this Jack's during my next visit to the area!
When Jack opened the first time, they were excellent, but not like many other places it is not always a winner. The food didn't even taste the way it was in the past. My chicken was hard and the hair was not very good. The cookie was the best part.
Had to stop to grab food. Thought it was a Jack in the Box lol and was hoping for tacos.... and turns out it a fried chicken and burger place. Got the chicken tenders... not bad, but lots of breading. Worked out in a pinch!
