Kfc - Trussville

They were supposed to open at 10:30 every morning I’ve been there twice after 11:30 and they wasn’t open couldn’t get my online order

I will every go back at this location they need too close it down

Very,very slow service. Hard to understand service people, needs different employees and better management, or just some management. Food is good.

Tuesday, May 7th, I placed an order thru KFC app for two chicken pot pies. Order was confirmed and time for pickup was set for 1:20 pm Central time. When I arrived, employee said we are out of pot pies. When I showed her my mobile app confirmed order, she turned around and walked away. Two female employees then came out and said they were managers/supervisors. Again, I showed my confirmed app order and questioned why the order was confirmed. One female said, there is no way for us respond to these orders. No one ever apologized. I then stated my order was charged to my credit card. She said I would have to go online to get a refund. I then said this was ridiculous and unconscionable! I was told to leave the store!
