Starbucks - Trussville

I visit this restaurant frequently, but I often find that my iced drinks come with little to no ice, leaving them not very cold. Additionally, sometimes the flavor doesn’t match what I've experienced at other locations. If you visit during peak hours, the drive-thru line can take about 15 to 20 minutes to get through, so if you're in a hurry, it's better to go inside. The parking situation is also quite challenging at this location.

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks! The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Our drinks were both wonderful and delicious. I highly recommend this place!

I apologize for not remembering his name, but the staff member who assisted me was incredible and extremely patient. I had to download the app and navigate how to locate my gift card, which was quite a hassle. However, he handled everything for me and took the time, never showing any frustration. When it came to placing my order, he was very kind and guided me through each step. His service went above and beyond ordinary customer service, and I am truly grateful for his help.

Always a great hot, quad, venti, white mocha, stirred! May have to wait in drive thru a bit but drinks and service worth it! Can?t afford to get but maybe once a month because the cost continues to go up. Not a local issue but more a Corporate issue.
